10% off ‘approved lifetime care’ medications
Fly-strike prevention (rabbits)
Microchip or £10 discount off any food if already microchipped

Dog: £15.00
Cat: £13.50
Rabbit: £9.00

HOW TO PURCHASE A PLAN:
To purchase your Pet Health Plan, please ensure that your pet is registered with Coquet Vets. Not yet registered with us? Contact us at 01665 252 250 to register your pet.
Once you have been registered with Coquet Vets, simply follow the link below to purchase your Pet Health Plan online. Please purchase your Pet Health Plan ahead of booking your appointment to collect the appropriate flea or worming treatments or your pet’s annual vaccinations; just let our reception team know that you’re a Pet Health Plan member at the time of booking!
* Coquet Pet Club Terms & Conditions: Please note that it will be 4 weeks from the date you sign up for our Coquet Pet Club before you can receive any treatment. Please be aware that if you cancel your Coquet Pet Club membership, you will be required to repay the discounts you have received within the 12-month policy.
There is a one-off sign-up fee of £5.00. Please contact the surgery or ask in clinic for more details on how to sign up.
